Bryanna's 9th Birthday

First of all I can't believe that my baby girl is 9.  She is such wonderful girl
who brightens me day whenever she comes home.  She brings so much joy
to my life.  I remember almost 10 years old when I found out I was pregnant
it was the best day of my life.  My mom had just passed away and this brought
some light into my world.  She is so kind and caring to everyone around her.
This year she wanted a swimming party so we did a flip flop theme.
We didn't do a cake because she doesn't like cake.  We did brownies.  They were
so good.

 Yummy brownies
All her friends got a bucket of swimming stuff to take home.
I think they turned out cute.
The crew swimming.  I am so glad she has such great friends.
These were the cupcakes for her party.
The girls had so much fun.
 Opening presents
 Monster high dolls
 Look another one
 More toys
 Fun surprises
 Making a wish

After pizza, presents and cupcakes we made flip flops
 They turned out so cute
 Crafts are so much fun

Bryanna got this cute dress it is so beautiful
The next day we had family over.  We did chicken
tacos which is her favorites
Of course more presents.  She was so spoiled
But I think she is worth it.  I love that girl.
 One more wish
The morning of her birthday she got a new outfit to wear to
school.  When she left I got to work.  I had been working on a birthday surprise
I made her a new quilt for her bed.  Cushions for the window seat.
Curtains for the window.  A new futon for under the bed. Pillows to add
to it and made valences for the bed.  It turned out so cute.  Then I checked Bryanna out of school
and took her to lunch.

Superbowl

Superbowl Sunday is probably my husband's favorite holiday if you can call it a holiday.
This year his favorite team was playing.  We love to get together with our families.  So we invited everyone over.  We did pizza and everybody brought everything else.  We had so much food.  While the game was going on the kids were playing dress up even the boys.  I don't know how Bryanna talked her cousins into playing dress up.

Sweet Maggie showing us her moves in one of the many outfits that she
got dressed up in.

 Bryanna eating pizza.

The kids made chocolate covered cookies.  They turned out
really cute.

Of course the life of the party my brother Jared with his son
Evan. He was dressed up by Bryanna and the snake was attaching him.
We couldn't have a party without them.  Thanks to all the family that
made it so much fun.  I love my family they make getting together so entertaining.

Winter Blues

This winter it was so cold that we didn't want to be outside.
The temperature was below zero and the air quality was so bad
that we decided to do stuff inside.  One of those places is Caleba's
Bryan loves to go there and the kids think it is great to go shooting.

 Kyle shooting with his dad
The other place we went was to Thanksgiving point
Kyle loves the sand and the water.  What kid wouldn't.
 Having some more shooting fun.
Daddy and Bryanna shooting.  Don't you love that face.

Bryanna playing in the sand with her friends Taylor and Chloe
 More sand
 Crazy girls

We also went to the aquarium.  Bryanna brought her
friend Danielle along.
Daddy and Kyle playing in the peek hole
 Petting the fishes

What size of penguin are you?
 Row, row, row your boat.
How many kids equal out to one snake?
 The answer is three kids.
 Peek a boo
 Look at those fishes
We had a lot of fun staying warm.  What a cold winter we had
at least we had fun together.
