In January our family has been so sick, especially our sweet little boy. I have never seen a kid so sick. He just keep getting one thing at another and it seemed like we were never going to get a break. So when he was finally feeling well enough. I was itchy to get out to of the house. We took the kids to see the Treehouse Museum in Ogden. I went there when it was really small and 12 years old when I was in college. I have wanted to take the kids there we had so much fun. It was even better to get out. This was a great place for a six year old and a one year old. They each had so many fun things to play with. Bryanna wants to go back again. It was fun to go do something fun. I was glad that my sister -in-law Becca was able to go with us. It was great to be with her and her kids. Here is hoping to a healthy month.

We had such a great holiday season. It was fun to see so many fun people. It was great to just be together as a family. The kids got spoiled like normal. I am a little like my mom when it comes to Christmas. I find such joy in making Christmas so much fun for my kids. Bryanna was so excited this year and I loved watching her. We made her a bed for her babies which was so fun to do. Kyle could careless about all the presents. He wanted Bryanna to open them, but then he wanted to play with them. My favorite saying this Christmas is when Bryanna said "This is the best Christmas ever mom." That made my day, but also watching her face.

Kyle got a train for his birthday! Sister loves to ride with him. He loves the train.




We took Kyle to the Aquarmine in Sandy. We had so much fun. Bryanna and Kyle sitting on a frog.

Kyle's First birthday. It was fun to see his face. I can't believe that a year ago. I was in the hospital with this cute little baby. Oh how he adds to our family. He really didn't like all the frosting.


We had so much fun on his birthday. It is amazing that it has been a year all ready. Oh how we love this little boy.

Kyle Bud

Kyle is getting quite a cute personality. He thinks it is so funny when you laugh at him. It is really funny to watch him eat. He just keeps shoveling all the food into his mouth. He doesn't care were the food ends up. It makes you want to kiss him right. I can't believe he is this big. He is going to be one at the end of the mouth where did time go.

Holiday Activities

It is that time of the year when you run here and there trying to get everything done. It is also that time of the year when your kids do so many cute things that you sit back and enjoy. This year Bryanna had a school program and a dance performance. It brings tears to my eyes to see my little girl growing up so fast. Oh how I love her. Her new love is her ability to be able to read so many books. Her eyes light up when she has read a whole book. Her teacher at school Mrs. Penrod is amazing and the program was so cute. The kids wrote the play and I was so amazed.
Then we went to her dance performance. Oh how this time of the year is so fun.

Halloween 2010
I know I am slow and it is almost Thanksgiving, but here are pictures of the kids at Halloween. Kyle was trying to figure out whey we put him in this weird thing. Bryanna loved it and she was such a cute 3 Musketeers from the Barbie movies. It rained on Halloween night but we still had fun. We had fun also at our Wards Halloween Party. We are still eating all the candy just in time for another Holiday. I have to say that I am not a Halloween person but having kids make Halloween so much fun.

Sick, Sick Sick

This past week we have been so sick. It started with Kyle getting another ear infection and we all got the flu, colds you name it. Kyle got the worse of it and it took me a week to get over it. It in time for him to go into surgery for his ears. That is right. Today we had tubes put in to help with all his ear infections. It was really hard to hand my little boy over. He was so mad when he came back. It is like the doctors said he is Mad as a Hornet. He is doing better now that most of the drug has worn off. He couldn't even hold his head up and it just made him so mad. We are hoping this will help his ears and he will be a happy boy again.
Having my little boy go in and be sick makes me miss my mom so much. Last Saturday I got a great surprise. Mary, my step mom found a letter that my mom wrote before she died. It was so fun to have something written from my mom. I could feel her standing next to me. Oh how I miss her. I feel so bless to have a great mom who was such a great example to me.
Well now that we are better I hope we can enjoy the holidays. I hope and pray I can keep my family healthy.
